Log in to your Admin Panel and click the “Mail “icon, you are now in the Mail window. Emails with an icon next to the name are registered customers, when you click on the email you will be able to see the name, address, telephone number and every order made by that customer
You can view an order by hovering over the order id and then clicking on “view Full Order” to see the complete details. The email system works on the same principle as other popular mail clients, you can archive emails, send to trash and mark as spam. If a customer has sent several emails, they will be grouped together and only show once on the inbox.
Next to each email will be the total number of emails sent. When you open the email you will see the un-answered mail, which always starts with the latest sent or received mail, this prevents having several emails on the mail window from the same customer. You can also print emails at any time, add email accounts and compose emails.
