Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, you can use any domain name. In the settings window of your shop administration panel simply follow the instructions.
How will I take card payments from customers?
To get started you can sign up with various online processors such as PayPal and Google Checkout. Type the required details into your Speeda administration panel and your ready to go! Once established you may apply for a merchant account through your bank and take payments with their systems (such as Barclays EPDQ). Speeda ecommerce software integrates seamlessly with numerous payment processors.
Do I need to install an SSL certificate?
All packages include a free shared SSL certificate. An additional £5 per month charge applies for separate SSL certificate installations.
Any hidden costs I should know about?
There are no hidden costs. Everything is displayed clearly on our website.
How much traffic and how many customers will I get using Speeda?
Speeda provides you with the tools to build, launch and manage an ecommerce website. We do not guarantee traffic, customers or orders. The amount of traffic, customers and orders you receive is completely down to you.
I already have an existing website, how can I transfer?
Using our import tool you can quickly insert all categories and products. Your current provider should allow you to export a CSV file from their software. Make the necessary adjustments to this file and then upload it to your Speeda shop. For some clients this process may seem overwhelming, so we offer an add-on service to transfer your existing shops data and the details can be found within your shops administration panel under "Settings" > "Packages".
I'm confused, how do I sign up and use the software?
Start your free 7 day trial using the "Free Trial" bar below or by clicking here. Your new shop will be ready instantly and you'll be redirected to the login page. Control everything related to your online shop (including domain name, email accounts, payments and integrations) from within your shop administration panel. If you wish to purchase the software, login on the Speeda website and then choose a package.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes you can.
What happens if I exceed my bandwidth or storage allowance?
Don't panic! You won't be penalised immediately. Should you exceed your package allowances on three consecutive months you will be asked to upgrade.
